Tom brings over 22 years of experience in the U.S. Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and National Security organizations for where he was an innovative change agent, drove efficiency and optimization, and lead cohesive teams of technical experts.

Tom’s postings included the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) as the CIO, over a decade solving technical challenges and championing digital transformation for Special Operations and Intelligence missions, and multiple roles responsible for developing the workforce.

Tom has held various technical leadership roles all over the world enabling coalition partner operations and decisive action and is passionately driving secure data sharing capabilities rooted in Zero Trust principles.
