James Wallace
Chief Legal Officer
James Wallace is the Chief Legal Officer of Everfox, with responsibility for leading legal, contracts, compliance, security and government affairs. James has over 25 years of experience as a general counsel, M&A leader and legal advisor for leading defense and technology businesses.
James previously held a number of general counsel positions at Raytheon across the defense, intelligence, missiles, and services segments, and guided M&A and joint venture transactions. Prior to Raytheon, James was Deputy General Counsel at Exelis Inc., where he led its spin-off and stand-up as a NYSE traded company, the spin-off of Vectrus as a NYSE traded company, and Exelis’ subsequent sale to L3Harris.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude from Harvard University and received his Juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School.
