Dave Wajsgras

David Wajsgras is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning commercial and defense markets, with deep expertise in strategic transformation, operations, and financial management.

Wajsgras currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Everfox, a leading global cybersecurity company, where he guides the organization’s strategy, growth, and innovation efforts to address the world’s most complex cyber threats.

In addition, he was most recently the CEO of Intelsat, where he has led a sweeping transformation of the company from a traditional wholesale broadband capacity provider to a global, end-to-end managed services communications powerhouse. Under his leadership, Intelsat expanded into new and core markets, executed a record eight GEO satellite launches in ten months, and played a pivotal role in enabling 5G deployment across the United States.

He strengthened the company’s position in the rapidly evolving new-space economy by forging strategic partnerships that accelerate capability development. Notably, he expanded Intelsat’s collaboration with EutelsatOneWeb to integrate OneWeb’s LEO services into Intelsat’s multi-orbit solutions platform.

In 2024, Wajsgras positioned Intelsat for a landmark combination with SES in a $3.1 billion transaction, finalized in July 2025. The merged organization is poised to redefine satellite-enabled managed services with an unparalleled multi-orbit, multi-band architecture.

Prior to Intelsat, Wajsgras served from 2015 to 2020 as President of Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) division, a $7.5 billion business delivering advanced solutions in defense, intelligence, space, cybersecurity, and training. During his tenure, he drove significant sales growth, improved profitability, and led an enterprise-wide digital transformation. Before that, he was Raytheon’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing financial strategy for the $60 billion enterprise.

Wajsgras’s leadership has earned extensive industry recognition. He was named Executive of the Year by the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and Professional Services Council in 2024, appeared on the Virginia 500 Power List, received WashingtonExec’s CEO of the Year award in 2023, and was honored as Intelligence Executive of the Year in 2019. He is a multi-time member of Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 list, recipient of FCW’s Industry Eagle Award, and was named one of The Wall Street Journal’s 25 Best CFOs.

He also serves on the boards of Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN), Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. (NYSE: MLM), Wesco (NYSE: WCC), and INOVA Health System.
