By opting in to receive conversational, informational, and/or promotional SMS/MMS messages from Everfox, you agree to receive occasional conversational, informational, and/or promotional SMS/MMS messages from us. Consent is always an active choice; the consent checkbox is not pre-checked by default and is not a required field for other services we offer. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates. We do not use purchased lists or third-party generated leads for SMS/MMS messaging. Message and data rates may apply. SMS/MMS messaging frequency may vary.
                                                                                • We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial information), data about children or minors, or data related to criminal convictions or offenses via SMS/MMS. Please do not submit such information via SMS/MMS.
                                                                                  • Everfox registers all SMS campaigns as required by law and industry standards, and complies with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including The Campaign Registry (TCR) requirements.

                                                                                      • Everfox uses RingCentral as a service provider to process SMS/MMS data solely for the purpose of delivering SMS services. RingCentral does not use this data for its own purposes.
                                                                                        • You can opt-out of receiving SMS/MMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message confirming that you have unsubscribed and will no longer receive additional SMS/MMS messages from us.
                                                                                          • If you need assistance, you can reply HELP to any SMS/MMS message. Our support messages will include contact information such as a phone number, email, and/or a link to our website.
                                                                                            • To exercise your rights to access or delete your personal data related to SMS/MMS messages, please contact privacy@everfox.com (opens a new window). We will delete your data upon request or when it is no longer needed, consistent with our legal obligations and contractual requirements. Upon termination of your relationship with Everfox, or upon written request, your personal data will be deleted or returned, except where retention is required by law.
